We're getting down to the wire, folks! Here are some important things you need to know: 

• All nominations must be made, processed and accepted by August 31, 2014. 
• You must register to vote by August 31, 2014. Around the 1st of September you'll be receiving an email regarding how the voting will work. Keep an eye on your inbox or spam folder just in case since the email will be coming from a third party vendor. 
• We're still desperately seeking lost nominees. See the complete list for the details. 
• You can get timely reminders and not miss a thing if you follow us on twitter @samandjackaward. 
• We're accepting guest blog posts. If you're interested in writing a guest feature, please let us know.

If you're a nominee and you haven't received your flair, please let us know.

Finally, we know some of you have lots of thoughts about how we can do this better next year.  We'll be asking for your feedback once the voting is complete.  So if you haven't yet, start thinking about things you'd like to see (or not see!) next year.  To get on our mailing list, email us here.
